Terms of Use

Last updated: 31 August 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Dictino, published by HC Fortuneworks. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Using Dictino

Dictino is a family learning tool for practising French dictation. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising a child’s use of the app, managing word lists, and making account choices.

Accounts

If the optional parent account is available and you choose to create one, provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account use. You may use the app without an account where that option is offered.

Your content

You remain responsible for the word lists and other material you add to Dictino. Do not add material that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to use. We use that content only to operate Dictino and, if you choose an account, to provide the requested synchronisation service.

Appropriate use

Do not interfere with Dictino, try to access another person’s account or data, bypass security protections, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Dictino to maintain, improve, or protect the service. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption, but the app is provided on an availability basis and may occasionally be unavailable.

Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled when you use Dictino.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Dictino or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
